2009 YMCA Strong Communities Campaign
Our 2009 Strong Communities Campaign is underway and we our now on the Road to Victory. We sincerely thank you for your continued support to help us make the campaign a success.

The children, families and older adults accessing YMCA services come from all socioeconomic backgrounds. We provide access to services for all – regardless of background or ability to pay, through scholarships and reduced fees.

Your donation is used for financial assistance that provides those scholarships and reduced fees for those who are unable to afford full program fees. These gifts support a wide variety of children, teens, families and older adult programs provided year round. As a charitable organization and social service provider, YMCA programming goes beyond the pool and the gym and is a critical community resource at every stage of life. Our local YMCA addresses major health and human service needs that promote the holistic development of children and youth, encourage the health and well-being of all and strengthen families.

Thanks in part to your financial support 86,000 children, families and adults in our community are able to participate in our programs. Last year your friends and neighbors showed they cared by providing more than $2.9 million to help families.

Chair's Round Table
The Chair’s Round Table represents generous donors who contribute $1,000 or more to help build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.

Community Challenge Grant
Your support goes a longer way … For each new Chair’s Round Table donor who pledged between 11/6/08 – 4/10/09, the Maybelle Clark Macdonald Fund doubled the impact of that gift by awarding an additional $1,000 – up to $100,000.
